Here I am providing information about the Graduation requirements to get admission in Kanawha County that you would need to know before taking admission in Graduate school. Graduation requirements: English (English 9, 10, 11, 12) 4 credits Mathematics 4 credits *Beginning 2006-2007 all seniors will take a math class. **3 of 4 credits must be earned in grades 9-12 Science 4 credits Professional Pathway Physical Science Honors, Biology Honors, +2 additional Honors level science Courses (Chemistry, Physics, Life Science, or Earth Science) *4th science credit counted in career concentration requirement Skilled Pathway 3 credits (Physical Science, Biology, and Chemistry or Life Science or Earth Science) Students in Skilled/College Bound Pathway should enroll in Honors Science Courses. Social Studies 4 credits (World Studies to 1900, US Studies to 1900, Twentieth and Twenty-First Century Studies, Civics in the 21st Century) Physical Education/Wellness 1 credit Health 1 credit The Arts 1 credit Computer Applications .5 credit Speech .5 credit Foreign Language 2 credits Professional and Skilled/College Bound Pathways counted in career concentration requirements Career Concentration Requirements 4-6 credits Numbers of credits vary, depending on cluster, concentration and pathway.
