Non medical courses after 12th science

Bsc physics and bsc chemistry and bsc non medical and bsc agriculture and bsc computer science

I am a computer science 12 th standard student. I will pass +2 this year(2015).Can i go for btech diary technology? If so which are the better colleges in india(especially in kerala) in non-merit sector (That is management seat)?

can I do b.a.m.s with non medical subject ?
