IDA Scudder School was established in the year June 13, 1969; it is affiliated to Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) so as to provide classes from Kindergarten to Higher Secondary.

In the Tenth grade level it is affiliated to Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and to Indian School Certificate (ISC) in the Twelfth grade.
