There are two types of school in UK. They are Non-fee paying schools and Independent or private schools:

Non-fee paying schools maintained by the Government. They include:

Nursery
Infant schools
Primary schools
Secondary schools
Sixth form colleges
Special schools

Independent or private schools are fee paying. They are:
