I applied sbi debit cards on 6th April 2015 but I have not received debit cards. Please help me.

Hi I tried to withdraw cash from the ATM but didn't receive the cash but when i gt the mini statement it should there was a deduction in the amount.
Kindly solve this issue .

NOT GETTING MESSAGE ABOUT TRANSACTIONS ON MY MOBILE . (NO CHANGE IN MOBILE NO)
NOT ABLE TO DO PAYMENT OF ELECTRIC BILLS
