HKU stand for University of Hong Kong, which
was founded in 1911, this university offered Juris Doctor [JD] program to expose students to a wide variety of emerging areas of law which may play a critical role in the development of the legal environment in Hong Kong.

Here you want information about admission requirement for this program so here is information about it:

You have a degree in a non-law subject with at least second class honors or equivalent awarded by a recognized university; or a law degree from a non-common law jurisdiction with minimum second class honors or equivalent granted by a recognized university.

If you do not have a degree awarded by an institution with English as teaching medium shall be required to take either IELTS or TOEFL for admission to the Programme.
