Common Admission Test (CAT) is a computer based test which is held in India. The test is conducted every year by one of the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) based on a policy of rotation. CAT is conducted as a pre-requisite for admission to various management Programmes of IIMs, Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Indian Institute of Science (IISc), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) and few other institutions. CAT Eligibility Criteria: -You should be graduates in any discipline from a recognized university with not less than 50% marks in aggregate for general category and 45% marks for the SC, ST, OBC and DA category candidates - The college or University where the degree has been obtained must be authorized by NAAC. -If the student has procured degree with grade evaluation, the GCPA score should be converted into percentage level according to his or her college or University norms. - You must be a citizen of India.
