East Carolina University (ECU) is a public coeducational university founded on March 8, 1907 as a teacher training school

International Undergraduate Admission
-Transcripts from all post-secondary schools attended including CC dual enrollment.
-Official SAT and/or ACT scores
SAT Code - 5180
ACT Code – 3094

Application for International Undergraduate Admission
Non-refundable application fee of $70
TOEFL scores of minimum 80 (Internet-based).
The school code for ECU is 5180.
IELTS score of 6.5 or higher
450 on the SAT I Critical Reading
19 on the Combined English/Writing section of the ACT

ECU will accept the following minimums:

CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English) Grade of C or better
CAE (Certificate in Advanced English) Grade of A
APIEL (Advanced Placement International English Language Test) 3 or better
MELAB (Michigan English Language Assessment Battery) 80 or more
