IIM Ahmedabad Admission

I want to take admission in IIMA and I wanted to know what the various requirements for the PGP program are and also will you list the types of the programs run by the university?

IIM A which is a public business school located in the Ahmedabad district of Gujarat state in India. The institute was established in the year of 1961.

IIM A serves the motto of “progress through knowledge” and was the second IIM to be established in India.
It is one of the best institutes in India and the Asia Pacific region.

Various types of management programs which are run by the institute are given below:
Fellow Programme in Management (FPM)
Post Graduate Programme (PGP)
Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM)
Management for Executives (PGPX)
Faculty Development Programme (FDP)
Armed Forces Programme (AFP)

The candidate must have a certain eligibility on the basis of which he will be selected for the PGP program. The criteria for the eligibility of the candidates are listed below:
The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks (or 45% in case of ST, SC and DA category).

For those students who are not having percent system in their college; their equivalent CGPA marks will be taken for the admission purpose. Those students who are appearing for the final year exams and are awaiting the result of their exams can also apply for the admission.
