Jubilee School

I want to take admission in Jubilee School. Can anyone here tell me the admission procedure?

Jubilee School was established in the year 1982 to celebrate the Silver Jubilee of Kerala Samajam Dooravaninagar.

Admission procedure:

Fill the application form of which I am giving an attachment below.
Attest necessary documents and photographs with it.
Submit at the school Office.

Activities:

The students are divided into four houses namely:

Rose House - Red colour
Lily House - Blue colour
Jasmine House - Yellow colour
Lotus House - Green colour

Activities take place in the school in these groups only. Students complete with the students of opposite house.
