Rajsunakhala College was started in 1978.
Rajsunakhala College was founded in memory of the illustrious Oriya poet Sri Bhakta Charan Dash who has immensely contributed to the Oriya Baishnaba & Sahitya through his epic poem Mathura Managala, widely known as the Bhakta Vihar.

Admission procedure of Rajsunakhala College

For admission candidate should have to fill the application form and have to submit to the college office on payment of Rs. 80 or by post through Demand Draft drawn for Rs. 100/- on SBI, Rajsunakhala Branch, Rajsunakhala, in favour of Principal, Rajsunakhala College, Rajsunakhala.

Application form should reach to the college office within 15 days of publication of results either by hand or by Registered Post/ Speed Post. Index card shall be issued immediately for applications submitted by hand

Attested true copy of School/College Leaving Certificate.
Attested true copy of mark sheet of the last qualifying examination.
Postage stamps worth Rs. 6/- each should be affixed on both the index and Intimation Card (Postage stamp on Index Card is not necessary if application is submitted by hand).
Attested true copy of Caste certificate in case of SC/ST candidates.
Money receipt in support of purchase of the application form.
Attested true copy of certificate from the C.D.M.O / S.D.M.O / in case of the Orthopedically Handicapped / Physically Handicapped candidates.
Attested true copy copies of N.C.C. A or B Certificate for claim on N.C.C. quota.

A candidate representing the country / All India Team/ All India University Team/ Orissa State Team approved by the State Level Bodies at the National Competitions in sports should attach necessary certificate of participation duly issued to him/her from the Director of sports and Youth Services Dept.

Attested copy of Conduct certificate from the Head of the Institutions last attended / Conduct Certificate from a Gazetted Officer for the period of discontinuity in respect of a candidate who has discontinued his/her studies for more than one year.

Attested copies of NSS certificates for the camps attended.
