The Indian Medical Institute of Nursing, Jalandhar was established in the field of para medical sciences and has been registered under the following councils along with the course details; GNM: PNRC / Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi ANM: PNRC / Indian Nursing Council, New Delh Courses: GNM 3½ years ANM 2 years Intake: G.N.M. 60 Seats (PB Govt) G.N.M. 50 Seats (INC) ANM/MPHW. 60 Seats (PB Govt) ANM/MPHW. 30 Seats (INC) General Nursing & Midwifery (Staff Nurse) - G.N.M Duration - 3½ years Admission requirements: -You must hold Certificates of Matriculation, +1/+2 Higher Secondary or the previous examination passed with minimum 40 % marks -You need to submit Character certificate from the head of the Institution last attended. - You are also required to submit: Detailed Marks Sheet, Migration Certificates Attested copies of SC/BC/ST-Certificate from Executive Magistrate if required. Copies of any other documents (Qualification, Sports, Cultural activities etc.) Eight copies of passport size photographs. Domicile certificate - You should be atleast 17 years to 35 years.
