A $75 nonrefundable application fee
Official high school transcript
Academic Teacher Evaluation
SAT and two SAT subject tests or
ACT with writing test.
Financial Aid Forms: submit all 3
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Use 003604 for the School Code.
Complete the CSS PROFILE form
School Report
Audition Proflie Form or Preliminary recording, if necessary, as described on the Audition Page
Complete the Shepherd School Financial Assistance Application.
