BCom or Bachelor of Commerce is a three-year undergraduate course imparted in regular as well as distance education mode. BCom is the second most popular undergraduate course in the Commerce branch. SEBA is Assam’s educational board only till class 10. Standards 11th and 12th are managed by the Assam Higher Secondary Educational Council (AHSEC).
