BITS Admission Forms Online

I want to take admission in The Birla Institute of Technology & Science. Can you please provide me the online admission forms?

The Birla Institute of Technology & Science is located in Pilani, Rajasthan. It is an Indian institute of higher education and a deemed university. The dates for admission are over so you can not get the online application form at present.
I am providing here the eligibility and the admission dates of this year.

Eligibility:
A minimum aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (subject to a minimum of 60% in each of these three subjects) in their 12th class examination

If a student has taken more than one attempt in 12th class or its equivalent then only his latest performance is considered

Students who have passed 12th examination in year 2011 or earlier and students who are presently studying in BITS at any of its campuses are not eligible to BITSAT 2013

Important dates:
Deadline to apply for BITSAT 2013 : 15th February, 2013
BITSAT Test center allotment and announcement to candidates : 25th February, 2013
Candidates to reserve Test dates : 1st March, 2013 – 20th March, 2013
Candidates to download the BITSAT 2013 Hall tickets with instructions : 15th April, 2013 – 30th April 2013
BITSAT Online Tests : 14th May, 2013 – 1st June, 2013
Candidates to apply for admission with 12th marks and Preferences to Degree programs : 20th May, 2013 – 29th June, 2013
BITSAT 2013 Admit List and Wait List Announcement : 1st July, 2013
