Admission BTS Commerce International

I want to take admission in BTS Commerce International course offered at IDRAC. Can you please provide me its eligibility and some information about entry information?

BTS (Higher Technician) is a state diploma of Bac +2 level. The admission details are given below:

Eligibility:
Applicant or holder of a BA
The applicant should have knowledge of two foreign languages, including English.
