Paris School of International Affairs (PSIA) is a bilingual professional school based in Paris.
The admission details for international graduate students are given below:

Eligibility:
An undergraduate level degree (Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Sciences/licenciatura/licence)
A Masters level degree (magistr or magistracy, for example) for countries in which universities do not award undergraduate qualifications
For applicants having attended German or Austrian universities a Vordiplom/Zwischenprüfung/Diplomprüfung
For applicants having attended Russian universities, a Bakalavr or Specialist qualification

Certificate(s) of secondary (high school) education
Applicants for the Master in Economics and Public Policy (EPP) and the Doctoral Programme in Economics: the GRE certificate
