BITS Pilani M.Tech admission through GATE

I have given the exam of GATE and now I want to get admission in BITS Pilani through GATE score in M.Tech so I want to know whether it accepts the GATE score or not?

I want to tell you that BITS Pilani does not accepts the GATE score for getting admission in M.Tech and instead of this it conducts its own entrance exam that is BITSAT and here are the details of that:

is it necessary to qualify gate before writting the exam for bits ?

No! clearing BITSAT Higher degree exam is mandatory even if you have GATE.

For ur reference, I am currently a ME student in BITS Hyd.

No its neither necessary nor required. If you qualify BITSAT higher degree online exam u can get admission even without GATE.

if i took admisn in BIT and also i have cleared gate,shaii i get mhrd scholarship...

After clearing bits exam is there any interview?
