January 15 Deadline to apply for Summer Session (May to August). However, the application will remain open for Visiting, Unclassified, and Access Studies applicants. February 3 Deadline to apply for Winter Session (September to April) March 15 International students: Deadline to submit your required documents to UBC. Deadline to submit documentation in support of meeting the English Language Admission Standard (ELAS). April 15 International students are notified by this date if they will be receiving an International Leader of Tomorrow Award or an International Student Humanitarian Award. April 30 Canadian students are notified if they will be receiving a UBC Entrance Award. May 1 Deadline to submit housing application to be eligible for priority access. May International students: Apply for your study permit. Study permits can take up to four months to process, so it’s essential that you apply for it as soon as you accept your UBC offer. June 1 Deadline to accept your offer of admission to UBC and to pay your acceptance deposit. For offers made after May 15, check your admission letter for deadlines. Early June Students with a housing guarantee are notified of housing. Late June Course registration opens for first-year students.
