RIE Ajmer Admission

As I want to take admission in one of the courses from Regional Institute of Education, can you guide for that and give me the proper address of the institute.

The Regional Institute of Education is a constituent unit of National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), New Delhi. The RIEs are set up in 1963 by Government of India in different parts covering various regions, started with the objective of qualitative improvement of school.

As you have not clearly mentioned which course you want to opt for. So here I am giving you detail information about UG course—B.Sc. B.Ed.

Four Year Integrated B.Sc. B.Ed. Course

The course has two groups:

Physical Science Group (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) (50 seats)

Biological Science Group (Botany, Zoology & Chemistry) (50 seats)

In addition to Science subjects, candidates have to study Education and other related subjects.

Eligibility & Selection Criteria:

Those candidates are eligible who have cleared Senior Secondary or equivalent examination of a University/Board recognized by the M.D.S. University, Ajmer only with at least 50% marks and 45% for ST SC candidates.

Selection of the candidate is based on aggregate marks scored at +2 level. However, candidates seeking admission to Physical Science Group have to clear Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics compulsorily.

Those who wants to get admission in Biological Science Group have to clear Physics, Chemistry & Biology at +2 level.

Reservation for physically handicapped candidates is 03%.
