Milton Keynes Secondary School Admissions

I have a niece who is going to start her school very soon so will you please tell me about the basic details provided by the Milton Keynes council on the admission of the students?

Milton Keynes Council is generally the authority for admissions for all community and voluntary controlled schools. However, the council also coordinates the admissions for all Milton Keynes schools, which includes foundation and voluntary aided academies and schools.
The schools will give the admissions to the children who are just starting the school and were born in the year of 2009-10 for the session of 2014.

The closing date for applications is 15 January 2014 and after that applications received will be considered in that order only.

For those who are studying in the nursery of the school; it doesn’t mean that they will be given admission to the school directly; the admission process will be started after filing a fresh application.
