Philadelphia Great Schools Compact is a joint commitment of school which is signed by The School District of Philadelphia, Philadelphia Charters for Excellence, The Pennsylvania Coalition of Charter Schools, the Mayor's Office of Education, Pennsylvania Department of Education, and the Archdiocese of Philadelphia

Compact Committee is comprised of 8 voting and 2 non-voting members.
