Orientation Program
Eligibility:
The orientation courses are meant for college/university teachers with not more 8 years of continuous teaching career. Then after a gap of one year, such teachers can opt for Refresher Course.

Refresher courses
Eligibility:
Teachers who have not attended earlier Orientation Course and have two years of service are eligible. There must be a gap of two years between two successive Refresher Courses.
