-Two letters of recommendation from instructors in the proposed area of specialization
-Three letters of recommendation from the following programs: Audiology, MA General Psychology, MA School Psychology, MS Pharmacy Administration, Speech Pathology, PhD Biology, MA English, DA English (2 must be academic) DA History, PhD Pharmeceutical Sciences, MPH Public Health
- PhD Psychology, require three-five letters of recommendation
- Lab and Term Paper for MA General Experimental Psychology, MS School Psychology, PsyD School Psychology, PhD Clinical Psychology
-Writing sample: MA English, DA English, DA History
- You are required to submit as Official results of performance on standardized tests appropriate to the requirements specific to the particular school, division or program
