Northern Virginia Community College was established back in the year of 1964 and since then it had never looked back and it had continuously climbed the ladder of success and it was established with a view of imparting good level of education and it has done that

General admission requirements:
Candidate must have passed the 12th standard for getting admission in under graduate courses and graduation to get admission in graduate courses

Candidate must have the valid score card of GRE

Candidate must have the latest TOEFL score card

Candidate must have 2 letters of recommendation

Admission Deadlines:
NOVAConnect priority registration for continuing students begins April 16
Priority date for all Fall financial aid applicants. Earlier application recommended. May 1
Open registration for Fall begins for all students May 3
Tuition payment deadline if you register by July 28.
NOTE: If you register July 29 or after, you must pay your tuition before 5:00 p.m. the next business day to prevent being dropped from your classes. July 29
Last day to add your name to the Wait List for all classes except second 8-week sessions August 19
Last day to initiate change of domicile for Fall August 21
Labor Day holiday. College closed. September 2
Parking enforcement on Student “B” Lots begins at 6:00 a.m. A current parking permit is required for all semesters/sessions of attendance. September 8
Last day to apply for Fall graduation. Earlier application recommended. October 1
Last day to add your name to the Wait List for second 8-week session October 14
Non-instructional days. No classes. College offices open. October 14–15
Non-instructional day. College closes at noon. November 27
Thanksgiving holiday. College closed. November 28–29
Non-instructional days. No classes. November 30–December 1
Last day to withdraw Fall 2013 graduation application. December 17
