I am an Indian and I want to apply for graduate programs under UBC; will you please list the eligibility criteria of the University?

Minimum requirements for Indian candidates applying for ECE graduate programs are given below:
• Applicant applying for the master’s degree must have a 4 year bachelor degree with final result as first class with distinction.
• Applicants who are applying from IITS must have final result of 8 out of 10.
• Applicants for the doctoral program must have a master’s degree (M.Eng or M.tech) and a bachelor’s degree of 4 to 5 years duration with first class.
• Irrespective of the medium of the institute; applicant must have a certificate of TOEFL or IELTS score.
