Department of Physics, National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal had published the notification for the recruitment of Junior Research Fellow Posts (JRF) on temporary basis Project entitled “Optical and lifetime studies of highly stable 1,2-diaroyl/ heteroaroyl benzenes and organic light emitting diode (OLED) characteristics” sanctioned by SERB, DST, Govt. of India, New Delhi.

Vacancy Details:
Name of post : Junior Research Fellow
Number of posts : ONE
Duration : 3 YEARS
Emoluments : Rs.16000/- pm for first two years and Rs.18000/- pm for third year with 20% HRA (In case, accommodation is not provided by the Institute).

Eligibility Criteria:
M.Sc.(Tech.) in Engineering Physics or M.Sc., in Physics /Electronics / Materials Science / Applied Physics with First Class and Qualified CSIR-NET/GATE/SLET examinations.
Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
The preference will be given for the experience in device fabrication.
The candidate selected will be advised to register for Ph.D degree at NIT, Warangal.
