You have to passed each of the courses in the comprehensive pattern of college preparatory subject requirements with a grade of C or higher prior to high school graduation.

You have to complete graduation from high school by the end of the Spring term prior to Fall enrollment.

Eligibility index details :
A minimum index of 3,200 is required for the admission in the California State University, Long Beach for California residents students ..

Other non-California residents: 3,502 minimum “Eligibility Index” to be considered.

Freshmen November 30, 2013
Lower Division Transfer November 30, 2013
Upper Division Transfer November 30, 2013
Second Bachelors November 30, 2013
Returning CSULB Students June 1, 2014
Teacher Credential, Certificates June 1, 2014
Master's Programs Varies by program but no later than June 1, 2014
CSU Visitor or Concurrent June 1, 2014
