Kenneth Rogoff is a Public Policy and Professor of Economics at the Harvard University, he also worked in International Monetary Fund as a Chief Economist and Director of Research From 2001-2003, he is also a member of National Academy of Sciences and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, as well as the Council on Foreign Relations and the Group of Thirty. He also received Deutsche Bank Prize awarded by the Center for Financial Economics. He wrote following books: A Decade of Debt. This Time Is Different: Eight Centuries of Financial Folly.
