Date of Entrance test to be conducted by TU ONLINE Entrance test (June 20 – 25, 2012)
Display of result of Entrance Test July 02, 2012

The THAPAR University Entrance Exam for MCA will be of 3 hours and the question paper will have150 questions.

I am interested in giving Thapar University MCA Entrance Exam. Will you please provide the eligibility and the exam pattern?

Thapar University, formerly Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, was founded in 1956 by Karam Chand Thapar & is situated in Patiala. Thapar University, Patiala conducts entrance exam for the admission to regular 3 year post-graduate program in Master in Computer Applications (MCA).There are total of 120 seats.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years from a recognized university in any discipline with Mathematics at least at 10+2 level or Mathematics as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s level.
Applicants must clear Thapar University MCA Entrance Exam 2014 to be eligible for the admission.

MCA Entrance Exam Pattern:
The duration of Thapar University MCA Entrance Exam is 3 hours & total number of questions is 150.
The entrance exam will be in online mode & will be conducted across India.
The exam will have objective type questions & there will be negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer.
