For admission in the SSC you have to passed an entrance test which is conducted by school administration ..

Schedule of Entrance Examination
For all levels starting first week of September, every SATURDAY
Grade School & College > 8:00am - 12:00 nn
High School > 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

For admission you have to submit the following documents :
Accomplished application form with 2x2 colored ID pasted on it
Accomplished SSC recommendation forms (from Principal or Dean, counselor, teacher)
One 1x1 colored ID picture (identical to the 2x2) for the exam permit form

Photocopy (one each) of the following:
Current fourth (4th) year report card
Birth certificate (nso)
Complete records of collegiate grades

Certification from Principal/Registrar on your school’s grading system

Student Health Record Form
