Solutiioneyes Consultancy Servicess & Constructions Pvt. Ltd., Pune looking for the Manager - Business Development (ITeS/BPO).

Education:
You must hold MBA / PGDBM in Marketing Management from any recognized University/Institute

Experience:
-You must have Hands-on experience on US / UK Processes & Business Development in “Non-Voice” BPO / ITeS organization.
-You should have overall Experience of 4-6 years in Marketing / Business Development in “NON-Voice” BPO / ITeS.
- You should have worked with the capacity of Asst. Manager-B.D for 2-3 years or, Manager-B.D for 1.0-3.0 years, in the said Industry.

Functional / Technical Skills:
International B2B Calling experience with the US / UK based clients with an objective of developing business relations,
Sales / Business Development Skills,
Ability to carry out Research and Analysis of Market data based on Internet Research Methodology, International Industry Directories and other media,
Proficiency in keeping track of industry news and events,
Good exposure to QMS & ISO Quality Standards.

Reporting Head: Director
Joining: August '13 (First Week)

Work Schedule:
Mon-Saturday (06 Days / week) with Sunday as weekly off day.
Working Hours: 9:30 pm to 6: 30 pm (incl. 30 minutes Lunch break).
