Photocopy of Latest Caste Certificate (for SC / ST candidates only)
Original College Leaving Certificate or Migration Certificate (from University). In case of final year appearing candidates a letter from college to that effect.
Seven (07) latest colored passport size photographs
Admission Fee : Rs.76,500/- (Rupees Seventy Six Thousand Five Hundred only) by Demand Draft/Pay Order only payable in favour of Xavier Institute of Social Service payable at Ranchi and a photocopy of the DD.
Photocopies of Experience Certificate (if any)
Photocopy of Baptism Certificate (for Christian Candidates only)
