Sir when does the police recruitment starts for delhi branch. What is the admission procedure. What are the eligibility criteria and rules that must be followed for recruitment.

Age: 18 to 21 years
Height: 170 centimeters
Chest : 81 to 85 centimeters
Educational Qualification : Matric/Higher Secondary, 10th or 10+2
Physical Standard : The candidate should be mentally and physically fit.
Selection: Through Physical Examination, Written Test and Interview


Ministerial Cadre

Eligibility: The candidate should have passed higher secondary or equivalent . The age should be between 18 to 25 years . The candidate should be mentally and physically fit.

Requirement :
Speed in Typing
English - 30 words per minute
Hindi - 25 words per minute


Sub-Inspector

Eligibility: The candidate should have graduation degree. The age should be between 20 to 25 . The minimum height required is 170 cms.
Chest : 81 to 85 cms
The candidate should be mentally and physically fit .

Assistant Commissioner of Police

Eligibility: The candidate should have done graduation or equivalent from recognized university. The age should be 18 to 25 years. The candidate should be mentally and physically fit and should be free from any defect /desease.

Requirement :
Speed in shorthand & typing
80/40 words per minute (English)
80/30 words per minute (Hindi)

Preference : Preference will be given to the candidates who have the knowledge of Accounts & Office procedure , and drafting and office procedure .

Physical Standard Sound health free from defect/deformity/disease

Eligibility for Head Constable (Ministerial)

Age 18 to 25 years


Academic Qualification Higher Secondary or equivalent
Professional Attainment Speed in Typing
