GITAM University Counselling seats availability

Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) authorities has conducted the online counselling of GITAM GAT 2019 for UG courses from May 9 to 11. One is allotted seats according to their performance in GITAM GAT, JEE Main, AP EAMCET, TS EAMCET scores.


GITAM GAT 2019 Counselling Procedure

The eligible candidate has to download the counselling call letter. The call letter has to be carried while reporting for the counselling.
One has to participate in choice filling and locking.
One has to report for counselling of GITAM GAT in person as per the prescribed schedule.
One has to pay a non-refundable amount of counselling fee of Rs. 1000. This counselling fee has to be paid in cash at the counselling centre.
One has to submit the required certificates in original along with the two sets of photocopies and four passport size photos at the time of GITAM GAT counselling 2019.
One is allotted seats on the basis of the choices filled by the candidate and the rank secured in GITAM GAT 2019.
At the time of reporting, one has to submit the required certificates in original along with 2 sets of photocopies and four passport size photos for verification
Upon successful document verification, one has to report at the final allotted institute in person
One then has to pay the balance first-semester admission fee.
