cut off in mbbs entrance in Manipal

what are my chances off getting to manipal university or manglore if my score is 140/200...reply soon.

What was the cut off last year for unreserved category for mbbs and dental...marks pl and not ranks

can yu pl let us know what was the cut off last year for mbbs and dental and for how many marks the entrance was..i think it was for 240 and not 200
