Eligibility:
You must have A CGPA of 6.75 for General/OBC(6.25 for SC/ST/PH) on a 10 point scale or equivalent or 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/ PH) in aggregate (of all the years/semesters of the qualifying exam.).

Rs 22,000 pm in the first year
Rs 25,000 pm (maximum) from the second year

Eligibility:
Fresh B.Tech graduates with research aptitude are eligible to apply. GATE score is not mandatory.
There is 5% relaxation in marks obtained in X, XII, BTech, MTech and other degrees will be given to SC/ST candidates
There is no fixed number of seats for PhD program in any year. The number of candidates admitted will depend primarily on the quality of applications.

Minimum Academic Performance Requirements

The minimum graduating CGPA is 7.5.
The minimum continuing CGPA is 7.0.
The minimum CGPA for continuing to get the scholarship component is 8.0.
The student shall not be allowed to continue in the PhD program if
His/her CGPA falls below 7.0.
His/her CGPA is below 7.5 in two consecutive regular semesters.
He/she obtains two or more F grades.
He/she accumulates two or more X grades in the thesis units.
If he/she in under warning and his/her performance is not improving in his/her academics/research/duties (research or teaching).
