The Indian Navy is the naval branch of the armed forces of India.
As the last date to apply is over , so here i am providing the general information for your idea.

Vacancies Details:
Name of the Post: Short Service Commissioned Officer
Name of the Branch/Cadre:
Executive (GS)/Hydro Cadre
SSC X (IT)
Technical (General Service) Branch (E & L)
Submarine Specialisation
Naval Architecture

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicant age must be between 19½ to 25 years for all branches.
Applicant must possess BE or B. Tech Degree with minimum 65% marks in aggregate from a recognized university in relevant field.

Selection Procedure:
Higher educational qualification is considered as the cut off.
Those candidates who are shortlisted will be called for SSB interview which is scheduled from January 2014 to May 2014 at Bangalore/Bhopal/Coimbatore.
The interview is of 2 stages.
Stage I consists of Intelligence Tests, Picture Perception & Group Discussions.
Stage II consists of Psychological tests, Group task tests & interview.
Applicants who are successful in these two stages have to undergo Medical Examination.
Applicants recommended by the SSB & declared medically fit will be appointed for training as per all India Merit depending on number of vacancies.

Sir, I complited 10+2 from U.P. board in 1987 and selected for Indian Navy. After 20 years of service retired and joined Relaince as security excutive. I want to do the B.A. arts from Andhrauniversity. I am awaiting for your best reply.

sir, i am 10 th and retired from indian navy from aviation engineering. presently i am working in SBI as a clerk at panaji.i am issued equivalent graduation certificate from indian navy (ministry of defence)and completed certificate course of MBA from amity university. but as non civil graduate i am loosing 02 increment.
