Prof. Mike Wallace Cardiff is a professor of Public Management in Cardiff Business School He teaches Organizational Behaviour to 2nd year graduates. His research interests are: Ironic perspective on organisational life and change Complexity of public service change and coping capacity Public policy implementation and mediation He is Associate Director for Capacity Building, ESRC/EPSRC Advanced Institute of Management Research (AIM) He is also a Co-opted member of Council, British Academy of Management and ESRC Strategic Adviser for Researcher Development His selected publications are given below: Wallace, M., O'Reilly, D., Morris, J. and Deem, R.
