List of blacklisted universities in India by UGC

I am doing ba from eilim university.
I have got my 1 year exam marksheet
Dec 2011, and in last year i gave my sec year exams in feb and niw the person says that there is some prb going on between unversity and with ugc bla bla etc.now he is giving the option of arunachal university of studies ,by saiying that u will get 3rd year markshet from this university.so acc to you is it on yhe safer side or not plsss i request you to check on ur end and help me out with the right information.

Dont worry. Recently i happened to go foe one of the education fairs in delhi. It was for australian university, campus in singapore. Location was eros hotel, sunday. The confirmed EIILM is listed and they accepttheir degree. Its a low grade, i mean not like IIT and all. Bt it does come up as recognised and approved even abroad. I have done MCA from their in 2010

Pl.tell me is SHOBHIT UNIVERSIY IN MEERUT IS BLACK LISTED BY UGC, AICTE ?
