You have not given your academic qualification and your individual merit at present. There are good prospects of getting financial assistance / scholarships for students seeking admission to Graduate Schools (for Master's level courses) as compared to those seeking admission to undergraduate courses. Availability of scholarships depends on your individual merit. Tuition fees and expenses are fully funded at higher levels of study. A large number of scholarships are available to more senior students. However, academically bright/ meritorious students are awarded entrance scholarships at the undergraduate level of study.
It is important for you to start your research and inquiries at least one year in advance of of the date when you intend to begin your studies and mention the date of when you plan to begin your studies in all correspondence including applications sent to the universities. Students / applicants are considered for scholarships at the time of application for admission. No separate award application is required, unless otherwise indicated.

Referring to Calendars of various universities that have a School of Graduate Studies is helpful in case you want to know about financial aid available. Outside financial assistance is available to deserving candidates. Some of the primary funds are:

Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Fund
