Who conduct SET exam in UP (Utter Pradesh)? What is qualification needed for take part in UP SET exam? From where can candidates get application form for it?

Uttar Pradesh State Level Eligibility Test conducts by C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur.

Eligibility:

The Candidates other than SC/ST category who have secured at least 55% marks (without grace) in Master's Degree are eligible for the test.

For SC/ST category candidates who have secured at least 50% marks (without grace) in Master's Degree are eligible for the test.

Exam Pattern
UPSET is of objective type and there are three papers of SLET of three different parts like:
General Aptitude and other 2 papers are related to the candidate’s chooses subjects.

Paper 1 has 60 questions each of 2 marks and

In paper 2 and paper 3 questions are related to the candidate’s background.

There are 50 questions in paper 2 with each of 2 marks and 75 questions in paper 3 with 2 marks each.

In the question paper there are four types of questions which are given below:

Multiple choice questions
True and false
Matching
Assertion and Reasoning

SIR please tell that i did MA with 56 % in public administration. Am i eligible for UP SET exam?
Because i read above subject list where public administration subject is not include of this list
