Please give me the details about UPMT application form.. I want to apply for this exam..

You can get the UPMT 2011 application form by sending DD of 1,300/- in favour of “UCEE” payable at “Rishikesh“ to the address mentioned against Submission of UPMT Forms.
Issue of application form 22 February 2011 and the last date of Sale & Submission of Complete Application Form 15 May 2011 and Entrance Exam 30 May 2011 (Monday)

And you can also get from by paying cash of 1,250/- in person or through representative UPMT From:
