Please provide me the info about NDA Technical Stream

The training in NDA comprises
Academic training
Military strategies
Outdoor activities

Some of Activities includes-
Para Gliding
Sailing
Horsemanship
Rock Climbing
Physical Training
Firing

After 3 year training the cadets are awarded with B.Sc. degree and their designation becomes Lieutenant/ Colonel.

Again after 3 year, NDA cadets are sent to AIR FORCE ACADEMY/NAVAL ACADEMY/INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY according to the streams allotted.

So as a conclusion, there are no such devision according to technical aspects in NDA.

Indian Army had invited applications from unmarried male applicants for grant of Permanent Commission under 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme course 33 for July 2015

Vacancy Details

No of Posts: 90 posts

Course: 10+2 TES course 33 for July 2015

Type of Commission: Permanent Commission

Permanent Commission:

After successful completion 4 years of the course cadets will be granted Permanent Commission in the Army in the rank of Lt.

Grant of Commission:

After successful completion of total 04 years training, the applicants will be commissioned in the rank of Lt.

Eligibility

Students must be a citizen of India

Students must not be below 16½ years and above 19½ years

Students must have passed 10+2 examination with 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized education boards

Selection Procedure:
Screening test and SSB Interview

Selected applicants will be imparted 5-year training

(a) Basic Military Training: 1 year (Officer Training Academy Gaya)

(b) Technical Training: 4 years

(i) Phase-I (Pre Commission Training): 3 years (MCTE Mhow , CME Pune, and MCEME Secunderabad)

(ii) Phase-II (Post Commission Training): 1 year at CME Pune, MCTE Mhow and MCEME Secunderabad
