i want to know about the coaching provided by hamdara study circle for ias exam for sc/st students,also whole procedure and fees. Hamdard Study Circle (HSC) the Coaching and Guidance Centre for Civil Services examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission. Fees: You have to pay a consolidated monthly amount of Rs. 1,500/- per month towards maintenance of facilities.
