3. OEM means “Original Equipment Manufacturer”
4. Recipient, Respondent and Bidder means “Respondent to the RFP document”
5. Tender means RFP response documents prepared by the bidder and submitted to Bank of Baroda
6. Authorized Reseller means an entity authorized by a Manufacturer to act on its behalf
for the Software.
