For the B.ED entrance you must complete graduation from recognized university or from any recognized university with 55 % marks and the selection of candidate is done on the basis of Entrance examination. Selected candidate are called for personal interview. The exam will covers questions from reasoning skills, language skills and teaching aptitude tests. Application forms can be purchased from June 1st to 15th Postal request can be made on june 1st to June 10th The entrance exam will be organized on Sunday, July 03, 2011 (9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.) Display of the First List of candidates Monday, July 11, 2011 selected for admission (4.00 p.m.) Application forms are available at Central Institute of Education, Chhatra Marg or available at the selected branches of State Bank of India, by charge is Rs. 350/-. To get the application form through post, apply for to the Department of Education (CIE) Chhatra Marg, University of Delhi. Mention the name of the course in the application form along with a DD of Rs. 425/- from a Nationalized Bank, to be paid at Delhi in favour of Registrar, University of Delhi, and a self-addressed envelope (A-4 Size). And send the filled application form to the university. |

Hello sir I want to take part in DU (Delhi University) B.Ed Entrance examination and want now that who can apply for it? In which month normally DU (Delhi University) will conduct B.Ed Entrance examination in 2012? When the university start of selling application form for it?

The University of Delhi was ranked 441-450 in the QS World University Rankings of 2013and #80 in the QS Asian University Rankings of 2013.In rankings of Indian universities; it was ranked first by the India Today India's Top 50 Universities of 2012 B. Ed. Entrance Test date June 2014 (Tentative) DU B. Ed Entrance Test: All students are required to appear in the Entrance Test. It consists of two parts and can be taken in either English or Hindi. Part A consists of General awareness, Reasoning and language comprehension (compulsory for all students). Part B (i) and B (ii) of the entrance test will assess the student’s teaching aptitude and understanding on the stream of the their chosen subjects’ up to Class XII. Part C of the Entrance test is exclusively attempted by Honors Graduates with English, Hindi & Sanskrit subjects along with Part-A (which is compulsory for all streams) DU B.Ed admission Eligibility: Eligibility Criteria (for Graduates) Bachelor’s degree or any recognized equivalent degree from the University of Delhi or any other recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. The student should have studied two (teaching) subjects for at least 200 (hundred) marks each at graduate level, and should have obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks in each of the two (2) subjects. Eligibility Criteria (for Honors Graduates) Honor’s degree from the University of Delhi or any other recognized University, with that subject and with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Student should have studied the Honors Graduation degree in one subject with a total marks of more than 400, and should have obtained at least 50% aggregate marks in that subject. Eligibility Criteria (for Post-Graduates) A master’s degree or any other qualification recognized equivalent thereto in any one of the subjects from the University of Delhi or any other recognized University, with at least 50% marks in aggregate. If the student intends to teach a different subject (other than Masters Subject as a second subject). The student should have studied one subject for at least 200 (two hundred) marks at the graduate level and obtained 50% in aggregate. OR A Master’s degree or any equivalent degree from the University of Delhi or any other recognized University, with at least 50% marks in aggregate in a subject not mentioned in List-I or List-II. Such candidates should have studied two school (teaching) subjects for at least 200 (hundred) marks each at graduate level. The student would be required to select two teaching subjects, should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in each of the two (2) subjects studied.
