The Dominican MBA’s complete curriculum combines an interdisciplinary set of foundation business courses with forward-looking specializations in leadership, sustainability or global business, and resume-building experiential learning opportunities. The program includes: 31-unit common core course gives a thorough grounding in accounting, finance, marketing, operations and other business disciplines Included in the common core, a 3 unit strategic management capstone course that integrates all previous coursework into a major project Also included in the common core, a 4 unit Global Consulting Practicum during which one will research the strategic needs and concerns of a major international organization One will then present one’s consulting recommendations in person during a 10-day in-country visit. A 9 unit concentration that lets one to specialize in global business, strategic leadership or sustainable enterprise One can also mix and match courses from all 3 specializations to create one’s own general business specialization.
