Candidate should have to fill complete admission nad have to submit it back to school.

Candidate who is coming from any recognized school should have to provide last attended certificate.

Candidate coming from other states have to get their school leaving certificate countersigned by the DEO or the competent authority of that area.

Candidate should has to attach attested Matriculation Certificate along with application form with all required documents.
