Click on DIS Book link that is sub link of My Demat link under Investments bank .

Then click on Click on Request DIS Book

Select DIS Book Type

Enter Login Id & Transaction Password .

On successful entry, transaction reference number will appear

A Demat account is opened by the investor while registering with an investment broker (or sub-broker).

Account Opening Charges
Nil (Statutory Charges would be recovered)

Account Closing Charges
Nil

Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC):
First Year and onwards: As Under
a) Rs 650 plus applicable service tax
b) Rs 475 plus applicable service tax for customers
with annual transactions between 10 to 24
c) Rs 275 plus applicable service tax for customers
with annual transactions > 24

Demat Charges
Rs.5/‐ per certificate subject to a minimum of
Rs.50/‐ per request, whichever is higher.

Remat Charges
Rs.20/‐ for every 100 securities or part thereof or
Rs.50/‐ per request, whichever is higher
